Report Description:

This report is a "drill through" report and should not be run directly as an Impromptu report. It lists circulation charge transactions and the criteria for selecting the records is based on row, column and filter information from a PowerPlay report in the transactions+items or transactions cube.

determined by the PowerPlay report criteria

Call number (ascending)

Item Location (temporary location for reserves drill)

Item Type (temporary Item type for reserves drill)

Important Notes:

The number of records returned in the report may not be exactly the same as the number in the cube because of differences in the extract criteria for the cube and the report. Also, the report reflects the up-to-date information while the cube reflects the information as of the last cube build date.

The cube includes charge and renewal transactions that were current at the time of the cube build as well as archived charge and renewal transactions. This report only includes archived charge transactions.
