Cube Description:

This cube contains statistical data on reference desk interactions. The first table indicates what statistical measures are in the cube. The second table indicates the dimensions which can be used to analyze the statistical measures and which measures apply to each dimension.

Measure Name	Description	Drill Through Reports
Interaction count	A count of reference desk interactions (includes MS Access data from pilot data for May 2009 to September 2010)
Facet count	A count of reference desk interactions with facets NOTE: if an interaction is assigned more than one facet it will count under each facet so total counts for multiple facets may be inflated
duration	A total of the duration (in minutes) assigned to an interaction
Historical count	A count of reference desk statistics previously maintained in a spreadsheet and MS Access database
