Report Description:

This report is a "drill through" report and should not be run directly as an Impromptu report. It lists current serial order records and invoice information for the specified date range. The criteria for selecting the records is based on row, column and filter information from a PowerPlay report.

Prompt	Type	Description
Start date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the start date range to be used for invoice selection
End date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the end date range to be used for invoice selection

Filters:

Invoice status date between dates entered in prompts

other criteria as determined by the PowerPlay report filters

Sort Order: (depending on version of report that was run)

Order Number (ascending)

Invoice Date (descending)

Data Elements:

Order Number (in header)
Title (in header)
ISSN (in header)
Invoice Date
Invoice Number
Amount Paid (CAD)
Fund Name
Ledger Name
Currency
Amount Paid (foreign)
Mfhd Location Name

Important Notes:

The number of records returned in the report may not be exactly the same as the number in the cube because of differences in the extract criteria for the cube and the report. Also, the report reflects the up-to-date information while the cube reflects the information as of the last cube build date.
