Cube Description:

This cube contains statistical information for cataloguing department activity. The source data for the cube comes from the excel file combined cataloguing statistics.xls found in R:\UW Statistics and Reports\Departmental Statistics\Cataloguing.

Cataloguing Count

The measure of cataloguing activity

Average Output

A calculation of the average output based on the number of workdays for the month (number of workdays differs for each staff member)

Maintenance Count

A measure of record maintenance activity

Output Count

A count of the number of records processed for cataloguing

Input Count

A count of the number of records received in cataloguing for processing

Average Input
A calculation of the average input based on the number of workdays for the month

Withdrawn Count

The number of items withdrawn from TRELLIS (based on a manual count kept in Cataloguing)

Deleted Records

The number of cataloguing records deleted from TRELLIS (based on a manual count kept in Cataloguing)
