Cube Description:

This cube contains statistical data for bibliographic, holdings (MFHD) and item records in the TRELLIS database. It includes counts of record updates and electronic titles.

Net Item Count	This measure excludes withdrawn items from the item count. To get the number of items active in TRELLIS OPAC add the filter of "Suppress in Opac" = N	n/a
Pieces	The piece count from the item record. Most items will have a piece count of 1. For materials like microfiche the piece count may reflect the number of fiche the item record represents.	item_drill item_drill_LC
Net Pieces	This measure excludes withdrawn pieces from the piece count. To get the number of pieces active in TRELLIS add the filter of "Suppress in Opac" = N	n/a
Historical Charges	The total circulation count for an item as maintained in the item record (includes Geac historical circulation counts for UW items). These counts cannot be broken down by date of circulation. See the transactions cube or the transactions+items cube for TRELLIS charge transactions broken down by date.	item_drill item_drill_LC
Historical Browses	The historical browse count from the item record. A browse is counted when an item is discharged but was not charged out at the time of discharge. For UW this count includes the historical reshelve (browse) counts from the Geac system prior to TRELLIS.	item_drill item_drill_LC
Updated Title count	A count of the number of bibliographic record updates that were done. This count is only accurate for updates done since August 2001 when TRELLIS was upgraded to Release 2000.1.3.	n/a
Updated Mfhd Count	A count of the number of holdings record updates that were done. This count is only accurate for updates done since August 2001 when TRELLIS was upgraded to Release 2000.1.3.	n/a
Updated Item Count	The number of item records updated. This only counts the last update performed on an item record.	n/a
Electronic Title Count	The count includes holdings (mfhd) records with an internet location The count also includes bibliographic records that have a URL link in the Bib record MARC tag 856 and do not have a holding record (mfhd) with an internet location	n/a
