Cube Description:

This cube contains statistical data on Ares ereserve items, courses, usage and copyright fees. The first table indicates what statistical measures are in the cube. The second table indicates the dimensions which can be used to analyze the statistical measures and which measures apply to each dimension.

Measure Name	Description	Drill Through Reports
Reserve_items	A count of Ares items that have a current status of Item Available at Reserve Desk Item Available on Electronic Reserves Item Activation Pending Item Removed From Reserves	ares_reserve_items_drill
Available_items	A count of Ares items that have a current status of Item Available at Reserve Desk Item Available on Electronic Reserves	ares_available_items_drill
Inactive_items	A count of Ares items that have a current status which indicates that the item is no longer on reserve.
Pending_items	A count of Ares items that have a current status that indicates that the item is in process to go on reserve.
Staff activity	A count of item status changes done by staff or the System.
Electronic_use	A count of the number of times an item was used electronically (does not include use if the item is only in UWAce).
Circulation_use	A count of the number of times an item was charged out in TRELLIS
Total Use	A total of Electronic_use and Circulation_use
Copyright count	A count of the number of copyright requests.	ares_copyright_drill
Copyright Fee	A total of the copyright fees entered in the Ares system	ares_copyright_drill
Copyright Avg.	An average of the copyright fees entered in the Ares system
Course count	A count of the courses created in Ares either manually or by the Nugget	courses_drill
CrossListCourse count	A count of the cross listed courses created in Ares either manually or by the Nugget	Ares_Xlist_drill
