Report Description:

The UW Library Acquisitions Firm Budget Statement lists fund allocations, expenditures, commitments, available balances and percentages for departmental firm order funds. Departmental funds are grouped by faculty and totals are included at the faculty level.

The UW Library Acquisitions Monograph Budget Statement lists fund allocations, expenditures, commitments, available balances and percentages for departmental firm and open order funds. Departmental funds are grouped by department and faculty and totals are included at these levels. Totals for the UW monograph ledger are also included. (Note: the totals reported for the UW monograph ledger may be more than the sum of the amounts of the funds listed in the report. Funds not included in the report contribute to the discrepancy.)

The UW Library Approval Plan Statement lists fund allocations, expenditures, commitments and balances for the UW Approvals ledger. Expenditures and commitments are listed for each departmental fund. Departmental funds are grouped by faculty with totals at the faculty level. (Note: the totals reported for the ledger may be more than the sum of the amounts of the funds listed in the report. Funds not included in the report may contribute to the discrepancy.)
