Report Description:

These reports list items for the specified location(s) that have a status of "In Transit Discharged" or "In Transit Hold" with a status date older than 4 days prior to the date the report is run.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose Location Codes that Start With	Type in	Enter the start characters of the item and discharge location codes(or pickup location) to choose from
Select one or more locations	Picklist	Select the locations to include in the report

Filters:

Item status equals "In Transit Discharged" ("In Transit Hold" for the transit_hold_missing report)

Item status date < 4 days before the report run date

item permanent location or discharge (pickup) location in list of selected location values

Sort Order:

Call Number

Data Elements

Item location name
Item Type
Item Barcode
Title

The following data elements appear on the transit_discharged_missing list only.

Discharge date (most recent discharge date)
Discharge location name

The following data elements appear on the transit_hold_missing list only

Hold expire date
Hold pickup location name

Important Notes:

The list of locations selected must include item locations and discharge (pickup) locations. If either the item location or the discharge (pickup) location matches one of the selected locations the item will be included in the report.

Prior to running the missing lists you must first run the status list and save it as a hotfile in the same folder that the report is found. On the Cognos server the reports have been set up to automatically run and save the hotfile prior to running the report.
