Report Description:

This report lists usage information for records which meet the criteria specified in the prompts. TRELLIS usage is broken down by calendar year for the last 5 years ending with the year from the prompt.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose library(s) to select locations:	Picklist	Select the library to choose a location for the report
Select location	Picklist	Select the location to include in the report
Enter last year of circulation to include (e.g. 2005):	Type in	This prompt controls the years of circulation charges that will appear in the report. If 2005 is entered the report will include Year 1 = 2001, Year 2 = 2002, Year 3 = 2003, Year 4 = 2004 and year 5 = 2005
Include items with 5 year total charges >	Type in	Enter the total circulation charge count for the 5 years included in the report to be included in the report.
Enter LC class to include (e.g. TK)	Type in	Enter the LC Class portion only of the call numbers to be included in the report.
Include Pub Date <=?	Type in	Enter the latest publication date to be included in the report

Filters:

Item location equals location selected in the prompt
Circulation charge year between last year prompt (prompt value - 4) and prompt value
Total circulation charges for the 5 years is greater than total charges prompt value
LC Class equals LC prompt value
Pub Date is equal or less than Pub Date prompt value (or Pub Date = 19uu or Pub Date is missing)

Sort Order:

Call number (ascending)

Important Notes:

The item information is repeated 5 times per call number/title, once for each year of use.
