Report Description:

This report will list the items for barcodes in a hotfile called "barcodes.ims". Prior to running the report arrangements must be made to create the file and copy it to the server (path F:\IWR_reports\circ_transactions\hot

Filters:

Item id equals item id of barcode in the hotfile

Sort Order:

Title (sorted and grouped on title in all UPPER case and containing only alpha-numeric characters)

Author

(sorted and grouped on author in all UPPER case and containing only alpha-numeric characters)

Important Notes:

Prior to running the report the file barcodes.ims containing barcodes in a column called "Textfield1" must be created and put on the server in F:\IWR_reports\circ_transactions\hot.

If a custom view of the report is created in another newsbox you must also create a custom view of the report "item_preselect" (this is a "hidden" report).
