Report Description:

This report creates letters which can be mailed to the vendor for various reasons. It is often used for serial cancellation letters. The issue enumeration and the mark reason comment are included at the end of the letter and can be used to communicate necessary information to the vendor.

Choose location codes that start with:

Enter the institution identifier for the ordering location code

Select one or more mark reasons:

Click on one or more mark reasons from the list displayed (use the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key to select multiple items)

Select the order location(s) for the report: pick list Click on one or more order locations from the list displayed (use the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key to select multiple items)

Enter email address (enter <space> if none):

Enter the email address that should appear at the bottom of the letters

Enter signature name:

type in

Enter the signature name that should appear at the bottom of the letters

Enter 2nd signature line (enter <space> if none):

type in

Enter a 2nd signature line if required. If not required press the space key and go to the next prompt

Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd):

type in

Enter the start date of the date range that the mark reason was applied

Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd):

type in

Enter the end date of the date range that the mark reason was applied
