Report Description:

This report will produce a purchase request form for each item that has the status of Missing, Lost - Library Applied or Lost - System Applied. It includes information on the missing/lost item as well as all other copies and volumes which are holdings of the same bibliographic record on the "books" version. A breakdown of TRELLIS use by year is shown for the missing/lost item.

Prompt	Type	Description
Please Enter Location Code ie. UG, UW or WLU	Type in	Enter the first characters of the location codes to select from
Select one or more locations:	Picklist	Select the locations to include in the report (the "Shift" or "Ctrl" key can be used to select multiple locations)
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the start date for the date range to include
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the end date for the date range to include

Filters:

Item status equals Missing, Lost - Library Applied or Lost - System Applied

Item status date is between the dates supplied in the prompts

Item location equals one of the selected locations

Item type is not PER, PERLIB, PERUNB, or PERUNBLIB (books version)

Item type equals

PER, PERLIB, PERUNB, or PERUNBLIB (periodicals version)

Sort Order:

Item permanent location name (ascending)

Item type name (ascending)

Call number (Ascending)

Data Elements:

The following data is printed for the missing/lost item

Item location name
Item type name
Item status
Status date (date missing/lost status was applied)
Author
Title
Imprint
TRELLIS use by calendar year

The following data is printed for all copies/volumes on the same bibliographic record as the missing/lost item (on the "books" version). The missing/lost item is highlighted.

Important Notes:

The "books" version lists all volumes and copies on the same bibliographic record. The "periodicals" version only lists the missing/lost item.

The "condensed" version prints 4 book items per page.

This report requires the following report in order to run C:\My Documents\Cognos\Reports\Management\filter location.imr
