Report Description:

This report will list patron barcode, barcode status, status date and patron ID number, modify location and modify operator for patrons who have more than 1 barcode status. It is used to identify records where the patron update program created a second barcode for a patron.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter date of patron load (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the date that the patron update program was run
Select patron group(s):	Picklist	Select one or more patron groups to include in the report
Patron update location starts with	Type in	Enter the first characters of the location code used for the patron update (e.g for WLU use WLUREG and for UW use UWREG)

Filters:

Patron group code equals one of the codes selected in the patron group prompt

Patron modify location code starts with the value entered in the update location prompt

Patron barcode status date greater than or equal to the date entered in the prompt

Patron record has greater than 1 barcode

Sort Order:

Patron ID number
