Report Description:

This report will list patron ID number, name, expire date, patron note, note type, patron group and patron barcode for patrons with a note that contains the string entered in the prompt. The patron group is specified in a prompt. The report will include patron records with expire dates that are between the current date and "n" months from the current date.
