Report Description:

This report lists overdue items for patrons if the patron statistical category and patron group match those selected in the prompt and the patron fines owing are greater than the amount specified in the prompt. The report prints the active temporary address if there is one, otherwise it prints the permanent address.

Prompt	Type	Description
Select patron statistical category to report on:	pick list	Select one patron statistical category from the list
Report on total fines >:	type in	Enter the minimum total fines to report on
Select one or more from the following list:	pick list	Select one (or more using the "ctrl" or "shift" key) patron groups from the list

Filters:

Patron statistical category equals the category selected in the first prompt

Patron fines owing is greater than the amount entered in second prompt

Patron group equals one of the patron groups selected in the third prompt

Sort Order:

Patron Group (Ascending)

Patron ID Number (Ascending)

Data Elements:

A header for each patron contains;

Patron Group
Patron ID number
Patron name
Patron address

Detailed information listed under each patron header contains;

Item location code
Charge due date
Recall due date (if applicable)
Call number
Title
