Report Description:

This report will list all orders for the selected ledger(s) that have not been invoiced in the current fiscal year. "orders_not_invoiced" reports on orders that have previously been invoice. "orders_not_invoiced2" reports on all orders that have not been invoiced.

Prompt	Type	Description
List ledgers that start with:	type in	Enter the first few characters of the ledger name
Select ledger(s) for the report:	picklist	Select the ledger(s) to include (use <CTRL> or <SHIFT> key to select multiples)

Filters:

Ledger name equals one of the ones selected in the ledger prompt.

Order not invoiced in this fiscal year

Order previously invoiced (orders_not_invoiced only)

Sort Order:

Ledger Name(Ascending)

Fund Name(Ascending)

PO Number (Ascending)

Invoiced Date (Descending)

(orders_not_invoiced only)

Data Elements:

Ledger name (header)
Fund name (header)
PO Number
Title
Invoiced Amount (in currency of invoice) (orders_not_invoiced only)
Currency (orders_not_invoiced only)
Invoice paid date (orders_not_invoiced only)
