TUG Reports and Cubes/Collections/Location Item Type Reports

 

Report Description:

This report produces a list of titles for which new items were created if a purchase order exists on the record. The item location, date range that the items were created and the fund that ordered the item are specified through prompts. This report can include items that are "serial" type items/orders. A report that only include monographic orders is the New Books by Fund report.

Important Notes:

The report will include any items on orders that are attached to a fund that has a fund name starting with the fund name entered in the second prompt. If a reporting fund name for a gift order or external fund order matches the prompt they will be included in the report.

Open order items that are created on bibliographic records with no order attached (separately catalogued) cannot be included in the report.
