Report Description:

This report produces a list of titles for which new items were created if a monographic type purchase order exists on the record. Note: This report cannot be saved in Excel format.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	type in	Enter the start characters of the item locations to select from
Select funds starting with (use UPPER case only):	type in	Enter the first characters of the fund name (e.g. PLANNING)
Select one or more locations	Picklist	Select the item locations to include in the report
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	type in	Enter the earliest date for which new items should be included (only appears for "new_books_by_fund")
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)	type in	Enter the latest date for which new items should be included (only appears for "new_books_by_fund")
Enter number of days to include in report	type in	Enter the number of days before today's date to include in the report (only appears for "new_books_by_fund(no_of_days)")

Filters:

Item location equals one of the locations selected

Fund name starts with the characters entered in the fund name prompt.

Items on orders for serial ledgers are not included.

Items on "Subscription" order types are not included.

Items were created between the start and end dates entered or in the number of days specified

Sort Order:

Fund name

Ledger name

Call number (ascending)

Data Elements:

Item location name
Author
Title
Imprint
Series Title
Edition
Fund name
Ledger name

Important Notes:

The report will include any items on orders that are attached to a fund that has a fund name starting with the fund name entered in the second prompt. If a reporting fund name for a gift order or external fund order matches the prompt they will be included in the report.

Some periodical title items may appear on the list. This happens when an order for a back issue exists.

Open order items that are created on bibliographic records with no order attached (separately catalogued) cannot be included in the report.
