Report Description:

This report produces a list of titles for which new items were created if a monographic type purchase order exists on the record. Note: This report cannot be saved in Excel format.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter institution identifier:	type in	Enter (in upper case) the characters which identify the institution's ledgers and items (e.g. UG, WLU, UW, STJ, CGC, REN)
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	type in	Enter the earliest date for which new items should be included
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	type in	Enter the earliest date for which new items should be included

Filters:

Ledger name starts with the characters entered in the Institution Identifier prompt.

Item location code starts with the characters entered in the Institution Identifier prompt.

Items on orders for serial ledgers are not included.

Items on "Subscription" order types are not included.

Items were created between the start and end dates entered.

Sort Order:

Fund name

Ledger name

Call number (ascending)

Data Elements:

Item location name
Author
Title
Imprint
Series Title
Edition
Fund name
Ledger name

Important Notes:

Some periodical title items may appear on the list. This happens when an order for a back issue exists.

Open order items that are created on bibliographic records with no order attached (separately catalogued) cannot be included in the report.
