Report Description:

Report will list titles for holdings records (mfhds) in TRELLIS for the specified location(s) where the holdings record does not have an order attached to it. This list would normally be used to identify serials or periodicals that are not currently being received.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the mfhd location codes you want to select from
Select location for report:	Picklist	Select the mfhd location(s) to include in the report

Filters:

Mfhd location equals one of the locations selected in the location prompt

No purchase order is attached to the holdings (mfhd) record

Sort Order:

Location name

Call number

Data Elements:

Location name (in header)
Call number (in a PDF report this is a hyperlink to OPAC search in TRELLIS)
Author
Title
ISSN
Bibid

Important Notes:

If a holdings record has any order attached to it, regardless of the status of the order, the title will not appear on the list.
