Report Description:

This is the third of a suite of reports is used to monitor and produce notices that are emailed to patrons to notify them that their marks are being withheld because of outstanding fines. This report will list all patrons that have a special note and no longer have fines owing.

Filters:

patron fines balance owing equals $0.00

patron group equals one of the selected groups

patron statistical category equals one of the selected categories
