Report Description:

This report will list all items that have a temporary location assigned which matches one of the ones selected in the first prompt. If the item record update date is blank or falls within the range entered it will be included in the report.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Locations listed in the next prompt will be limited to those that start with the string entered for this prompt
Select one or more temporary locations for report:	pick list	Click on location name to include it in the report (use the "ctrl" or "shift" key to select multiple locations)
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the start of the date range to be included
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the end of the date range to be included

Filters:

Temporary item location equals selected location(s) in first prompt

Item update date is between the dates entered or is missing

Sort Order:

Temporary item location (ascending)

Permanent item location (ascending)

Item type code (ascending)

Call number (ascending)

Temporary location (header)

Call number

Title

Permanent Location Code

Item Type Code

Item Barcode

Item Update Date
