Report Description:

This report lists items in the location and item type selected. To get a list that includes multiple item types in multiple locations use (item_list(select_locations_types). To get a list of titles only in a specific location see Title List for Location.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter location identifier ( e.g. STJ, CGC, UG, WLU, UW, UWPOR)	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes to select from
Select a location	Picklist	Select the location to include in the report (item_list(select_locations_types) allows multiple locations to be selected)
Select an item type	Picklist	Select the item type to include in report (item_list(select_locations_types and List_items_in_selected_location_and_item type2) allow multiple types to be selected)

Filters:

Item location equals selected location from prompt

Item type equals selected item type from prompt

Holding record is not OPAC suppressed

Sort Order:

Location Name (ascending) (item_list(select_locations_types) only)

Item type (ascending) ( List_items_in_selected_location_and_item type2only)

Call Number (ascending)

Data Elements:

Title
Uses (version 2 only)
