Report Description:

This report will list items that have use greater than or equal to the value entered in the prompt for the selected item location and item type.This report uses the "Historical Charges" field in the item record to determine the use. For UW items this will include use from the Geac system.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with	Type in	Enter the first few characters of the location code to select
Select items that were used >=?	Type in	Enter the use threshold for the report
Select location(s) for report	Picklist	Select the location(s) you want to include in the report (use the <Ctrl> or <Shift> keys to select multiples)
Select item types(s) for report	Picklist	Select the item type(s) you want to include in the report (use the <Ctrl> or <Shift> keys to select multiples)

Filters:

Item location equals one of the selected locations

Item type equals one of the selected item types

Item historical circulations greater than or equal to number entered

Sort Order:

Item location name

Item type name

Call number (ascending)

Data Elements:

Item location name (in header)
Item type name (in header)
Call number
Title
Total historical circulation use
