Report Description:

Report will list items in TRELLIS with the specified item status(es), for the specified location(s) where the item status was applied in the date range specified. The following is a partial list of item statuses that can be chosen:

At bindery
Cataloguing Review
Charged
Circulation Review
Claims Returned
Damaged
Discharged
Hold Request
In Transit, In Transit Discharged, or In Transit On Hold
Lost-- Library Applied or Lost--System Applied
Missing
Not Charged
On Hold
Overdue
Recall Request
Renewed
Withdrawn

Lines that are highlighted in grey are currently charged out. Lines that are highlighted in yellow have the item statistical category of "Missing in Inventory" assigned to them.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes you want to select from
Select location for report:	Picklist	Select the item location(s) to include in the report
Select status for report	Picklist	Select one or more status to include in the report (any item with one of the selected statuses will be included in the report)
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the start of the date range for the report
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter the end of the date range for the report

Filters:

Item Status Date between the specified dates

Item location equals one of the locations selected in the location prompt

Item Status equals one of the selected status

Sort Order:

Location name

Item status

Call number

Data Elements:

Location name (in header)
Item status (in header)
Call number (or storage number if one exists)
Title
Author
Imprint
Status Date
Item barcode
Copy number
