Report Description:

This report will list all items that have the item statistical category "Inventory" applied on the date specified and that have an item status other than "Not Charged" or "Hold Request". The list may be used as part of the inventory process to see what items were included in the inventory on a particular day but have a status that would indicate they should not have been on the shelf.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter date of inventory:	Type in	Enter the date the inventory statistical category was applied to the items in TRELLIS
Select inventory statistical category(s):	Picklist	Select the item statistical category(s) that was assigned to inventoried items using "Pick and Scan"

Filters:

Item Statistical Category equals one of the selected statistical categories

Item Statistical Date Applied equals the date entered in the date prompt

Sort Order:

Call number

Data Elements:

Call Number
Item Location Name
Item Type Name
Title
Item Status
Item Status Date

Important Notes:

An item will appear multiple times if it has multiple statuses on the record.
