Report Description:

This list may be used as part of the inventory process to see what items may be considered missing. This report will list all items that do not have the item statistical category "Inventory" applied if the location and item type that matches those selected in the prompts and the call number is between the call numbers specified and the item status is either "Not Charged" or "Hold Request". Any item that has a temporary location is excluded from the report. See Important Notes below.

Enter start call number LC class and number (e.g. AB 1234):

The start call number of the call number range for the inventory. The call number must be entered with proper spacing after the LC class.
Enter End Call Number

Type in

The end call number of the call number range for the inventory. The call number must be entered with proper spacing after the LC class.

Important Notes:

The call numbers entered should only include the LC Class and whole LC number. It is advisable to stop inventory for a call number range at the end/beginning of a whole number. Items will appear on this list if they have multiple statuses that include either "Not Charged" or "Hold Request". See examples below for proper call number spacing. The "-" is used as a place holder for spaces that should be entered.
