Report Description:

This report will list all items that have the item statistical category "Inventory" applied on the date specified and that have an location or item type that does not match those selected in the prompts. The list may be used as part of the inventory process to see what items were included in the inventory on a particular day but may have been misshelved in the wrong location.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes you want to select from
Enter date of inventory:	Type in	Enter the date the inventory statistical category was applied to the items in TRELLIS
Select inventory location(s):	Picklist	Select the item location(s) of the items that were inventoried
Select item types for inventory:	Picklist	Select the item type(s) included in the location of the inventory
Select inventory statistical category:	Picklist	Statistical category assigned using "Pick and Scan" for the inventoried items

Filters:

Item Statistical Category equals the selected item statistical category

Item Statistical Date Applied equals the date entered in the date prompt

Item location not equal to the location selected in the location prompt

Item type not equal to one of the item types selected in the item type prompt

Sort Order:

Call number

Data Elements:

Item Location Name
Item Type Name
Title
Item Status

Important Notes:

An item will appear multiple times if it has multiple statuses on the record.
