Report Description:

This report will list items that have the item statistical category "Inventory" applied in the date range specified for the selected location(s) and call number range. The list may be used as part of the inventory process to see what items were included in the inventory on a particular day. It may also be used to create a file of barcodes for input into "Pick and Scan" to remove the "Inventory" statistical category.

Enter start call number LC class and number (e.g. AB 1234):

The start call number of the call number range for the inventory. The call number must be entered with proper spacing after the LC class.
Enter End Call Number

Type in

The end call number of the call number range for the inventory. The call number must be entered with proper spacing after the LC class.
Select inventory statistical category(s)

Picklist

Select the item statistical category(s) that were assigned to inventoried items using "Pick and Scan"

Important Notes:

If the report is restricted to select location(s) and call number range it is possible that not all items that had the inventory statistical code applied will be included. This can happen if items were scanned for inventory in a given location and call number range but have been misshelved in the wrong location or in incorrect call number order.

The call numbers entered should only include the LC Class and whole LC number. See examples below for proper call number spacing. The "-" is used as a place holder for the number of spaces that should be entered.
