Report Description:

This report lists items patron placed holds for the selected item locations. The prompts allow the operator to select all holds to be printed or only the holds that have been placed in the previous number of days entered in the prompt.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes to choose from
Select one or more locations:	Picklist	Select the item locations to include in the report
Do you want all holds?	Type in	If you want all holds enter "Y". If you want to specify the number of days to look back enter "N"
Enter number of days to look back:	Type in	If you entered "N" to the previous prompt enter the number of days to look back for active holds

Filters:

Active holds only

Patron placed holds only

Item location equals one of the locations selected in the prompt

Hold create date >= today's date less the number of days specified if the "all holds" prompt = N

Sort Order:

Item location name

Call number

Data Elements:

Item barcode

Request status

Hold Recall create date

Operator Id

Hold Expire date
