Report Description:

This report will list gift orders by donor (vendor) for the time period specified in the prompts. The gift value is reported for each order and totalled for each donor.

Prompt	Type	Description
List ledgers that start with:	Type in	The next prompt will list the ledgers that start with the string entered here
Select a ledger:	pick list	Select a ledger to report on
Enter start date (YYYY-MM-DD):	type in	Enter the start date of gift order dates to be included in the report
Enter end date (YYYY-MM-DD):	type in	Enter the end date of gift order dates to be included in the report

Filters:

Ledger name for the ordering fund equals one of those selected in the "Select a ledger:" prompt

Order create date is between the dates entered in the date prompts

Sort Order:

Donor (vendor) name (ascending)

Data Elements:

Donor name (header)

PO Number

Order create date

Gift value

Author

Title

ISBN
