Report Description:

This report will list amounts decommited and recommited for the fund and ledger specified. The fiscal close date must be specified in the prompt. The amount decommited should be equal to or close to the amount commited for the order (reference no.).

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter fund name:	Type in	Enter all or part of the fund name to include on the report
Enter Ledger Name:	Type in	Enter all or part of the ledger name to include on the report
Enter Fiscal Close Date:	Type in	Enter the date the fiscal close programs were run

Filters:

Fund Name starts with the fund name entered in the prompt

Ledger Name starts with the ledger name entered in the prompt

Fund transaction date equals the fiscal close date entered in the prompt

Sort Order:

Reference No (order number) (ascending)

Fund transaction date (ascending)

Data Elements:

Fund transaction date
Reference No (order number)
Amount
Fund Name
Ledger Name
total for ledger
subtotal for each reference no
