Report Description:

This report lists the fines collected at the specified institution library for items that belong to another institution library for the selected fine methods and date range as specified in the prompts. A fines reconciliation summary report also exists.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the earliest date for the transaction date range
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd):	type in	Enter the latest date for the transaction date range
Select the "Owed by" library(s):	Picklist	Select the library to include in the report
Select the fine method(s) to include:	Picklist	Select the fine methods to include in the report

Filters:

Transaction location owning library not equal to the item location owning library

Transaction location owning library equals the library selected in the "Owed by" prompt

Transactions type "forgive" and "error" not included

Transaction payment method equals the selected payment methods

Transacation date is between the dates supplied for the prompts

Data Elements:

Item Barcode

Title

Patron Id

Patron Name

Fine transaction amount

Fine payment method

Total amount of fines fees paid at one institution for books belonging to another institution.
