Report Description:

This report lists items that have expired on the hold shelf and have other holds outstanding. The report is normally only run during reading week to identify items to be discharged from the hold shelf. The report includes a preselect report which must be included in the same directory or newsbox as the main report.

Prompt	Type	Description
Include pickup locations that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the pickup location codes to include in the report
Expire date >	Type in	Enter the earliest date to include in the report (do not enter a date more than 10 days prior to the current date)

Filters:

Hold expire date is greater than or equal to date entered in prompt

Pickup location starts with location prompt value

Item has other outstanding current holds

Sort Order:

Pickup location code

Patron surname

(for hold shelf filing)

Data Elements:

Pickup location code

Last Name

Hold Expire Date

Call Number

Estimated run time:
