Report Description:

This report will list cost information by year for current serial orders for the specified order location and fund. "Current_serial-cost_by_year" allows fund selection by entering the fund name.

"Current_serial-cost_by_year2" uses prompts to allow the user to select funds from a dropdown list. It also includes the fund name and vendor name in the report.

Prompt (current_serials-cost_by_year)	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the order location codes to select from
Select order location(s)	Picklist	Select the order location(s) to include in the report
Enter fund name (UPPER case only)	Type in	Enter the first few characters of the fund name (omit any special characters)

Prompt (current_serials-cost_by_year2)	Type	Description
Enter fiscal period start string (e.g UW 2008) to list ledgers:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the fiscal period to display a list ledgers to choose from
Select ledger(s) to list funds:	Picklist	Select the one or more ledgers to display a list of funds to choose from
(Optional) Enter partial fund name (UPPER CASE):	Type in	Enter the first few characters of the fund name (omit any special characters) This prompt may be left blank to list all funds from the selected ledgers

Filters (current_serials-cost_by_year):

Order location equals the location(s) selected in the location prompt (current_serials-cost_by_year)

Fund name starts with the string entered in the prompt

PO Type not equal "Firm Order"

Line item type not equal "Approval" "Single-part"

Order status equals "Current"

Filters (current_serials-cost_by_year2):

Fund name equals the fund selected in the prompt
PO Type not equal "Firm Order"
Line item type not equal "Approval" "Single-part"
Order status equals "Current"

Sort Order:

Title (ascending) (current_serials-cost_by_year2)

Order number (ascending)

Invoice year (fiscal ) (descending)

Order status is determined by PO Status, Line Status and special cancel vendors.
