Report Description:

This report will list monograph type orders which have outstanding commitments. The fund(s) to be included in the report are selected in the prompts.

Prompt	Type	Description
List ledgers that start with:	Type in	Enter a string that the ledger or ledgers to select from include (case sensitive)
Select a ledger	Picklist	Select a ledger from the dropdown list
Select fund(s) to include in report;	Picklist	Select one or more funds from the dropdown list

Filters:

Approved Order has not been "Returned", "Cancelled" or "Completed"

Order Type equals "Approval" or "Firm Order"

Line Type equals "Single-part" or "Multi-part"

Line item has not been invoiced

Fund Name (ascending)

Title (ascending)

PO Create Date (ascending) (for the

Committed_sorted_by_PO_date_vendor_status version only)
