Report Description:

This report lists items which are long overdue according to the date range entered in the prompts. Only items whose location code starts with the string entered for the first prompt are included.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	type in	Enter the start characters to identify the locations to include in the next prompt
Select one or more locations for report:	Picklist	Select the locations to include in the report from the dropdown list
Look back how many days?	type in	Enter the number of days to go back for the report
Include how many days?	type in	Enter the number of days to include in the report

Filters:

Location name equals one of the locations selected in the location dropdown list

Item due date is <= today's date less the number of days entered in the prompt "Look back how many days?"

e.g. if today is June 29 and the prompt answer is 12 the item due date will be less than or equal to June 17 (today's date less 12)

Item due date is >= the date calculated in the previous prompt minus the number of days entered in the prompt "Include how many days?"

e.g. if today is June 29 and the previous prompt answer is 12 and this prompt answer is 7 the item due date will be greater than or equal to June 10 (today's date less 19 which is the first number of days (12) plus the last number of days (7)

Sort Order:

Item location name (Ascending)

Call number (Ascending)

Data Elements:

Item location name (header)

Call number/Title

Item barcode number/Copy number

Due date/Item type code

Patron surname/Patron ID number

Patron Barcode number/Patron Group code
