Report Description:

This report lists all fines/fee transactions for the location and date range entered in the prompts. There are sub totals of paid, refund, forgiven and error amounts for each happening location at the date level, payment method level (cash, cheque etc.), and account type level (overdue, replacement).

Prompt	Type	Description
Do you want the report for yesterday? (Y or N)	type in	Enter "Y" if you want the fine transactions for the previous day (if you enter "Y" you must enter "N" for the next prompt)
Do you want the report for today? (Y or N)	type in	Enter "Y" if you want the fine transactions for the current day (if you enter "Y" you must enter "N" for the previous prompt)
Enter date to report on: (yyyy-mm-dd)	type in	Enter the date you want to list fine transactions for if you want a date other than yesterday's date or today's date (if you enter a date you must have entered "N" for the other two prompts)
Enter number of days to look back:	type in	Enter the number of days to include on the report (circ_account_ledger2 only - this prompt appears instead of the previous 3 prompts)
Enter all or part of location code to include	type in	Enter the location code (all or part) of the fine transaction location to include in the report

Filters:

Fine fee transaction location belongs to the library selected in the first prompt

Fine fee transaction date equals the date selected by responding to the next 3 prompts (or is less than or equal to today's date - the number of days entered in the last prompt - circ_account_ledger2)

Sort Order:

Fine fee transaction location name (Ascending)

Fine fee transaction date (Ascending)

Fine fee transaction method (Ascending)

Fine fee type description (ascending)

Fine fee transaction type (Ascending)

Patron surname (Ascending)

Data Elements:

Transaction location name and transaction date (in a header)

Payment method (cash, cheque etc.)

Account type (Overdue, replacement etc.)

Payment, refund, forgive and error amounts

Patron last name

Patron Id number

Operator ID

Subtotals of payment, refund, forgive and error amounts for date, account type and payment method
