Report Description:

This report can be used to list bibliographic records loaded into TRELLIS on the specified date for the specified operator id.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter date for report:	Type-in	Enter the date the records were loaded into TRELLIS
Report for operator id that starts with:	Type-in	Enter the operator id to report on
Enter start bibid record number:	Type-in	Enter a bib record number that the report should start with (this prompt is designed to reduce the run time for the report)

Bibliographic record create date equals the date prompt value
Bibliographic record create/update operator id starts with the string entered in the operator id prompt
Bibid is greater than the bib record number entered in the last prompt
