Report Description:

This report will list current charge information for items in TRELLIS for the specified location(s) if the item is included in a "hotfile" created from an excel spreadsheet that lists items identified to be transferred to the Architecture library.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes you want to select from
Select location(s) for report:	Picklist	Select the mfhd location(s) to include in the report

Filters:

Mfhd location equals one of the locations selected in the location prompt

Item barcode equals one of the barcodes included in the "hotfile" created from excel spreadsheet

Sort Order:

Patron Name

Call number

Data Elements:

Patron name
Phone number
Email address
Call number (or storage number if one exists)
Title
Item barcode
Current Due Date
