Report Description:

This report lists patrons for the specified patron group(s), fine amount and expiry date if the patron statistical category is one of the UW faculty codes and the id number is not included in the UW marks withhold list. There is one version of the report for patrons with no outstanding fines and one for patrons with fines owing.

This report is hard coded to use UW Faculty statistical codes. It will not work for other institutions. The report also uses a hotfile for patron ID numbers that have a "marks withhold" applied at UW. The hotfile is generated from Gail Sperling's workstation and copied to the server.
