Report Description:

This report will list titles for items that have use less than the value entered in the prompt if the item was created in the date range entered in the prompt and there is an order for the fund(s) selected in the prompt.

Enter institution initials (e.g. UW, UG, WLU) or the ledger name to select funds from (e.g. UW Approval)

Select a ledger

Select the ledger that contains the funds you want to report on

Select the funds for the titles to be included on the report (use the <Ctrl> or <Shift> keys to select multiples)

Include location codes that start with (e.g. UG):

Enter the institution initials or the location code to include in the report

Enter the use threshold for the report (to select items with 0 use enter "1")

Enter Start date (yyyy-mm-dd)

Type in

Enter the start date of the date range for items to be included in the report

Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd)

Enter the end date of the date range for items to be included in the report

Important Notes:

It is important to note that items on the report with 0 use could in fact be currently charged out. The "title_use_by_fund2" report will indicate this.
