Report Description:

A listing of circulation counts for titles on reserve based on a date range supplied by the user running the report. This report will list titles for all reserve courses for the specified institution.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter Institution code	Type in	Enter institution code in upper case
Enter Start Date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter reporting period start date
Wnter End Date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter reporting period end date

Filters:

Reserve list course name starts with prompted institution code.

Reserve list effective date is within prompted reserve list reporting period.

Reserve item circulations occurs when item is on reserve and within reporting period.

Reserve item circulates with a reserve loan period

Sort Order:

Reserve course instructor name

Reserve course number

Title

Data Elements:

Reserve course instructor
Reserve course number
Reserve list title
Title
Call number
Item type code
Circulation count for a given title
Total circulation count for the course

Important Notes:

This report must be run before items are removed from reserve. Items removed from reserve will not appear on the listing.
