Report Description:

A listing of circulation counts for titles on reserve based on a date range and reserve course number supplied by the user running the report.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter Start Date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter reporting period start date
Wnter End Date (yyyy-mm-dd)	Type in	Enter reporting period end date
Enter Course number	Type in	Enter reserve course number

Filters:

Reserve list course number equal to the prompted course number.

Reserve list effective date is within prompted reserve list reporting period.

Reserve item circulations occurs when item is on reserve and within reporting period.

Reserve item circulates with a reserve loan period

Reserve course instructor name

Reserve course number

Title

Data Elements:

This report must be run before items are removed from reserve. Items removed from reserve will not appear on the listing.
