Report Description:

This report will print order information for orders where the requestor field contains the string entered in the prompt.

Prompt	Type	Description
Enter requestor (use lower case only e.g. smith)	Type in	Enter the text that is contained in the requestor field on the order. Enter in lower case only.
Select order location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the first characters of the order location code
Enter start date (yyyy-mm-dd):	Type in	Enter the start date of order date range to include in the report
Enter end date (yyyy-mm-dd):	Type in	Enter the end date of order date range to include in the report

Data Elements:

Requestor (header)

Order number

Title
Author
Purchase order status
Order Line item status

Filters:

Order requestor field contains the string entered for the first prompt

Order location code starts with the string entered for the second prompt

Order create date is between the dates entered in the date prompts

Sort Order:

Requestor

Important Notes:

The requestor field in the order is a free text field. If requestor information is not entered in a standard way the sort order of the report will be affected.
