Report Description:

This report creates a list of items with an outstanding hold/recall status according to the selected library pickup location (s). There is also a prompt which allows items from the same library as the selected pickup location to be included in the report (regardless of where the pickup location is for these items). The reports lists the full call number, item barcode, title, patron last/first name, pick up location name, hold recall create date, patron institution id and the patron email address.  When viewing reports in csv format, the first four columns are in the order of patron first name, email address, title and full call number. This column order is required to send automated Item Available Email Notices to patrons when TRELLIS is not available.
