Report Description:

List patron holds for the selected item locations created on or after the prompted date.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose location codes that start with:	Type in	Enter the start characters of the location codes to choose from
Select one or more locations:	Picklist	Select the item locations to include in the report
Enter start date(yyyy-mm-dd):	Type in	Enter the start date to extract holds create on and after this date

Filters:

Hold staus active and not expired or cancelled.

Patron placed holds only

Item location equal to any of the locations selected in the prompt

Hold create date equal or greater than date entered in prompt

Sort Order:

Item location name

Call number

Data Elements:

Item location name

Call number

Title

Storage Number

Copt / Title level hold indicator

Request status

Create operator Id

Pickup location

Hold create date time

Hold Expire date
