Report Description:

This report searches the transactions exception table for Withdrawn Item Charged, Missing Item Charged, Withdawn Item Discharged, Mising Item Discharged, or Lost Item Discharged exception values.

Prompt	Type	Description
Choose Location Codes that Start With	Type in	Enter tha start characters of the locatiion codes to choose from
Select one or more locations	Picklist	Select the item locations to include in the report

Filters:

transaction exception type value one of 2,4,9,10,11 for withdrawn, lost etc exception descriptions values

item permanent location in list of selected location values

item barcode status is not inactive

Current item Location

Call Number

Important Notes:

The transactions exception table is truncated after the Voyager overnight canned reports batch job. This report must run before the batch job to extract the day's transaction exceptions. Schedule this job between 4:00am and 4:05 am.
