Report Description:

This report is used to identify items that have a current Item Status of Claims Returned, Lost Library Applied, Lost System Applied, Missing or Withdrawn at the library location level. The report is formatted specifically for the 3M Digital Data Manager. The report is uploaded to Digital Library Assistant for searching purposes.

Select library (s) to list locations	Picklist	Select the library (s) item location to include in your report

Filters:

• Library location is in the selected library location (s) from prompt

Sort Order:

• Call Number (ascending)

Data Elements:

• Item Barcode
• Sort Call Number
• Full Call Number
• Item Status
