This report lists transactions exceptions for the specified exception types and happening location. The report contains hyperlinks to sub-reports for detailed information on item charge/renew or patron. Some transactions exceptions do not have patron information or item information included because it is not available in the underlying table. If you create a custom view of the report in another newsbox the hyperlinks to the detailed information drill through reports will not work unless you also create custom views of the drill through reports in the same newsbox. The drill through reports are hidden and are called "drill_charge_info" and "patron_info_drill". See Important Notes below.

Sort Order:

• Exception type (provides a link to detailed patron information if a patron name appears on the report))
• Operator id
• Transaction exception Time
• Item id (provides a link to charge/renew info report)
• Patron Name
• Item location
• Call Number
• Item Barcode

The transactions exception table is cleared after the Voyager overnight canned reports batch job. This report must run before the batch job to extract the day's transaction exceptions.

Schedule this job to run before 2:00 am.

If there is a problem with the Cognos server and the report does not run it is possible to retrieve the data from the server using TRELLIS Reporter module. The appropriate "crcrprts" file should be renamed to "crcrprts.print_location.inp" on the server. After the file has been renamed use TRELLIS Reporter module to print Circulation Reports.

The report uses sub-reports and should not be saved in delimited text or excel format.
